I'm not sure if Bioware is aware, but anytime I am uploading a vid on youtube, I'm unable to play ME3 (SP & MP)

SP - since I have the ME3: CE "Digital" I'm unable to play because it's telling me "can't download the DLC"...therefore I'm unable to play...

MP - simply can't connect to server...



Is there anyway this could be fix. Thank you for your time
