The butt shots really are a disservice to a good character.

But that was despite the ass shots, not because of them.

as I female gamer I really tried to like Miranda because she's a strong female character in a video game, but the constant butt shots in her skin tight outfit made it hard for me to take her seriously. (It was not just Miranda though. Jack's strap bra/top did the same thing) Thankfully, I bought that DLC armor pack for ME2. when I did that I was able to see what so many of her fans saw in her and began to like her more as a character.

Yeah I'm not sure what possessed bioware to take two of the most powerful female characters and put them in compromising clothing. Made it hard to take either seriously.

With her first buttshot in ME3, I cheered. One of the few things that made me happy in that game.
Remember people, butt's fart. Also, Kaidan has a few buttshots in the game.
Wish Thane had one...

But it looked like someone was afraid people wouldn't recognize her without the skin-tight white suit and the buttshots.

As a Miranda fan, I found them annoying.
Dito.
Miranda is a good character and got reduced to her ... assets. So to speak.
Seriously. Why that low treatment of her?
@ Creepy stuff
Guess Tali's sweat & blue babies are not more or less "creepy" than other stuff I saw in my 30 years ...
People love speculating.

No need to attack Liara fans buddy. I'd say we all enjoy our LI's a normal amount it's just the annoying extremists that give fans a bad name....the only reason some peopl find the Tali fan's creepy is because of that one fan that made a doll....*shivers*....I damn sure slim to none of you are like that creeper

It's totally pointless and threw me off, much like Mordin's singing. However, once it was established in ME2, I sort of expected it in ME3, again, like Mordin's singing. Taking it out would make the character seem incomplete.
But even in ME3, it comes up at the most ridiculous times. My favourite was when she did a vid com at the Spectre office, where she got a shot even in hologram form. I thought that was hilarious, like the Devs were making a point of sneaking them on us in creative ways.

In fact, i think there was more Miranda's ass shots in ME3 then in ME2 and yet there was very little of Miranda in ME3.

It's ridiculous how many times the camera zooms unnecessarily right onto it.

They sabotage their own writing. I really liked Miranda for being a "strong woman" type, and the camera tried to refocus my attention on the physical side of the character.
The talk you have with her after completing her LM was ridiculous. Who even sits in the armchair like this?
Also, with me playing as Femshep it is even more disturbing.
