 Hi,

recently as I was trying to access my DLCs here, I found out that my login and e-mail address was no longer being recognized by either the website or the 'Forgot your password' function. Made a dummy account to contact EA support, but they said I had to contact someone at Bioware to get access to my former account.

Anyone I can contact to get this fixed and have my content back?

The accounts used on BSN are EA accounts. Most likely the customer support rep got confused when you told them it was a BioWare account. Tell them you lost the password to your EA account and they should be able to help.
