I could care less with who I play with as long as they play smart. yes those other classes make gold easier. substantially. but if you can dominate with a different class do so. prove me wrong. i am not the best at this game by far. in fact i consider myself just ok. i suck with vanguards, even on bronze therefore I never use them. if you can dominate with one, on gold, we should play a match together because i think that is impressive.

I noticed that the team was made up of another Salarian Infiltrator, a Salarian Engineer and a Geth Engineer, so i decided to change to my Krogan Vanguard instead, as all the other bases were covered so i thought i would go for a power class.

The game went perfectly. All the other guys were good players, nobody went down, objectives were easily done, we got full extraction and i came second on the score board.
The only weird thing was that inbetween every round 2 of the other guys kept coming over and meleeing me, but i didnt think anything of it.

When we were back in the lobby i instantly had two kicks, so i turned on my mic (nobody was talking though the game) and said to them "i dont mind leaving and finding a new game, but do you just want to tell me why you want to kick me?", and they said "We thought you were a Salarian. Krogans dont belong in gold, especially Krogan Vanguards. If you want to play a noob class, go back to bronze". Then i got kicked.

I didnt do anything wrong, i was level 18, my N7 is over 300,  i stayed with the group, didnt use biotic charge, I had GPS X, had equipment on, and came second on the score board.

So they must just be racist against Krogans.

While I don't actively kick Krogans, I can see why some people do. Far far to many times playing gold have I seen the guy playing a Krogan mindlessly run out into a huge group of enemies trying to melee just to get flattened wave in and wave out. However I have seen a few fantastic Krogan players so really it depends, but unfortunately more often than not I seem to get stuck with the 'Krogan smash' kind of player.

LOL what a bunch of retards they are. Have they even seen how much health a krogan vanguard has at lvl 20? 1600 shields + 1600 health! Give him a Geth shotty, put him in cover, only use biotic charge when shield fails as last resort. You got yourself a pretty much unkillable tank.

Must admit i mostly play as infiltrator or engineer but i've done the krogan vanguard thing and there is absolutely nothing wrong with using him for gold.

Let me tell you the Kroguardrd is one of the best classes to play on Gold those guys were idiots!

Playing it safe with a Kroguard on Gold works out great for me. I have carnage and a GPS to destroy enemies far away, and when **** gets hairy and all my soft teammates run away, I can bust out a charge or melee in close quarters as opposed to getting snuffed. Krogan hate = douchebag.

Haven't encountered any racism yet, except for when someone told me that I shouldn't be using an smg with my Turian.  Damn Drells.

Good players can use krogans effectively, but I have no way of knowing who plays well with it and who's utter garbage. So yes, I'll kick them, I won't give people the benefit of the doubt when I really want to win. If it's a fun match, I'll let them be whatever they wanna do.

I just had an all Korgan team on silver yesterday.

Was using a Turian Sentinel, one of the guy message me "Korgan ?", happy to switch over.

It was fun to play, all KORGANNNNNNNNN~

I was on a silver game yesterday playing as a KV, and some chap was calling me a noob for playing as one, I left after round 3, felt bad for leaving the other two with such a arse but hey it's the wonderful world of online gaming

People are just stupid. I was once kicked out of bronze for attempting to play a level 1 justicar with a Talon IV. My N7 was 950 at the time. I was kicked by 3 people with < 20 N7, playing vanguards. They were speaking spanish so I only partially understood them, but they were laughing at my attempt to play a level 1... on bronze.

As for Krogold, I have a Krogan Soldier built for heavy anti-armor with inferno grenades and carnage. He also packs a Disciple, for stopping power and light weight. Anything with armor can come at me, bro.
