I recent bought a used copy of Battlefield
3. I then used Microsoft points to get the online pass for Battlefield 3
so I can play online. When I check Mass Effect 3, I still do not have
the Battlefield 3 character for use in Mass Effect 3 multiplayer. I was
under the impression that the online pass is all that is needed. Am I
wrong about this? Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

me and some of my close friends bought the game brand new and we got the armour but we also have the limited edtion of battlefield 3 and i know thats how you got the armour

This is how I got it to work for me. 1 bought bf3 / activated bf3 online pass 2 played a few rounds of bf3. 3 fired up mass effect 3 and it was waiting in the store like a victory pack.

I didn't think to check the store I'll have to try that. I thought it would just show up in the character roster.

Ya Pin I think when I got mine it was in a special Battlefield 3 pack

That was it exactly. I had to go to the store and open up the Battlefield pack. Thanks for the help.
