I am a role player and I find it fascinating to read what
other people did with their Hawke in the game.
Therefore, I started this thread for those who wish to share
their Hawke from general information, religion, romance, choices etc.
*Try to use your main character
*Make it readable
*Keep it all in one post please easier to read.
*Comments on people's bios are welcome, rude comments are not welcome (keep that crap to yourself).
*And of course keep with the forum rules
Have fun! Looking forward to reading yours!

My main character (at least the one I had the most fun/related to the most)
Import: King Alistair (Surana mistress)
Kit(ty) Hawke --yes the pun was intentional--sarcastic, rogue assassin
Choices: Completely mage friendly throughout the game
Left Bethany at home to 'protect baby sister' and ended up losing her to the circle anyway
Romanced Isabela (Friendship)
Dueled the Arishok in single combat and found a severe imbalance in her build there, easiest time ever that fight since she ripped through him like tissue paper, and he only got off a little dps. I play on "Normal" because I suck at these games, but probably should have done that fight on "hard" to increase the challenge.
Killed Anders to spare him from Vengeance.
Personality I roleplayed with: Kit was basically a fun loving girl, literally carrying that "light in her heart" Marethari mentions at their first meeting throughout the entire game. Loyal, friendly, protective of her family (esp baby sister).
In my head, she was a reluctant hero who just wanted to be left alone, but was dragged into the whole Kirkwall powderkeg. In fact, I perceived her being more upset that she couldn't break into the Hanged Man to get drunk when the sh*t hit the fan in Acts 2 and 3, than over the actual events of the game. Yes, I took the "So I take it running to the hills isn't an option" when Meredith asks "what do we do now?" during Act 2. Very larky, humorous (and the most fun I had playing the game).
Kit...needless to say, Meredith wasn't too happy with that option...

Well, I'm a male, but I've played through the game once as a male and once as a female. I barely remember my male playthrough, so I'll list my female playthrough.
Imported Save: Alistair is King, Warden is Queen, Dark Ritual Completed
Kara Hawke
Warrior - Templar Specialization
Sympathetic toward mages, but agrees the Circle is needed and always sides with the Templars
Believes the Chantry is lazy and does nothing to stop the conflict brewing in Kirkwall
Leads Sebastion away from the Chantry, to retake Starkhaven
Romanced Sebastian
Took Bethany into the Deep Roads and she became a Grey Warden
Friended Isabella, so she returned, and I dueled the Arishok
Sided with Templars
So, basically, Kara Hawke is a Templar supporter through and through, and even though her sister is a mage, she grows to hate mages because every single one eventually turned to blood magic. She's more of an opportunist than anything. She's good at heart, but she'll get her hands dirty if needed ....

Fiona Hawke: Warrior
Import: Queen Anora
Took Bethany into the Deep Roads since she's a tad overconfident and thought that no harm could come to her sister as long as she was there to look out for her. Bethany ended up as a Warden.
She's protective of her sister and consequently very sympathetic towards mages. She tried to make the effort to at least understand the Qunari, but after the Viscount's death she refused the Arishok's offer to duel and just slaughtered every Qunari in the keep.
She's mildly religious. Although she was against Chantry dogma on mages and the Qunari, but she had a good relationship with the Grand Cleric, especially after she recounted her relationship with the Amell family. The relationship with Elthina was part of the reason she killed Anders, but still sided with the mages.
Always cracking jokes, sometimes just to aggravate her enemies, other times to extricate herself from uncomfortable conversations. She's incapable of having a serious discussion for any great length of time to the annoyance of her friends, family, and people who are trying to ask her for help. She usually makes the effort to be nice and tends to give people the benefit of the doubt, although Anders' betrayal was too much for her.
Basically, she's easy-going, although a bit overconfident. This means that when bad things happen by chance, like losing her mother, they tend to hit her hard, since she has an inflated sense of what she can control.
