Im wondering if I am the only person this has happened to....

a few levels back my stamina suddenly dropped from 170 to 140 AFTER a level up? I reloaded and it rectified the problem...
My last level up my health bar did not increase at all? instead of my standard 5 per level (rogue)

is this happening to anyone else aswell?
