I know some people including me had some trouble recieving the free Victory and Accomendation packs from the store. I called EA today about it and what EA is doing is taking your name and ID (gamertag) and forwarding it over to Bioware. Bioware's server was going thru some glitches the EA rep told me and Bioware is working on the problem. I believe the EA rep told me Bioware hopes to have their server properly working for us PS3 gamers. Also, whoever purchased the regular packs (recruit, vetern, spectre...) with real money and did not recieve their pack and took the money, I guess Bioware is looking into who purchased the packs and did not recieve them while their server was glitched. Well, hopefully you guys do cuz I spent money on packs in the store which I did not recieve. So hopefully you guys figure this out, because I want those packs I bought and didn't recieve .
