I have always had problems with disc 2 ever since I bought ME3 brand new. Things would be fine after a little cleaning. This time, I am stuck, though. I am playing N7: Cerberus Lab and when I finish the level, the game gets stuck on the loading screen that follows. The loading screen comes up, and after several seconds, the sound cuts out, though the image animation stays until I turn the console off.
I tried cleaning the disc, but it just made things worse. The console could not read the disc at all. After some more cleaning, the console could read the disc again, but it still got stuck at the loading screen.
I have no problems with disc 1. It is just disc 2. Is there any way to solve the problem?

No. I don't use a hard drive. I use a 16 GB memory stick, and I doubt the entire game would fit on it. Even then, if the console cannot read the disc, then it cannot install the game.
