I received my game (finally).

But I was never sent the email with the codes for my pre-order bonus items.
Does anyone have any contact info for the EA Store or their support?
I've tried using their official site, but it seems designed to prevent you from finding any useful information.

Where did you order it from?



The reason I ask is because I pre-ordered from Amazon and if I recall correctly there was a blurb in the write up that said the email with the promo code would be sent out the day after it shipped.

They did not send the emails until today. I received my pre-order email with the two item codes at roughly 12 noon Central time. Also, make sure eastore@em.ea.com is added to your safe sender list so the mail doesnt get junked as spam.
