Theoretically speaking is it possible to have an Awakened Old God? If you fed an Old God copious amounts of Greywarden Blood would it gain some semblance of human Intelligence? Also, what happens once the Old Gods perish. Do the Darkspawn simply die, or they follow the calling of the Magisters that gained the mysterious lyrical ability during the incursion into the Maker's Abode?

Wouldn't the correct question be could you have an awakened archdemon since the old gods aren't tainted and thus can't be awakened before the darkspawn gets to them?

the old god baby is basically what you're saying, a mortal with the soul of an old god... Wether that soul is awakened or not i can't say.
It reminds me of beowulf where he had a child with a witch ending up with a kid that could turn into a dragon.

Didn't The Architect try giving Grey Warden blood to Urthemiel, which led to the fifth blight?

Yep.

So its not a great idea. It doesn't make the Arch Demon aware, it only wakes them up.

There isn't a need for it. Old Gods are untainted. They already have a soul, so there's no need for it.
Awakening any tainted creature just liberates their soul. Doing so on an Old God would just cause another Blight, since you're effectively tainting the Old God
To do so on an Archdemon is another story entirely, seeing as they're already tainted and might be able to have their souls liberated whilst being able to command the Darkspawn horde.
But I wouldn't advise it. Suffice to say, there is no point in trying to Awaken an Old God for the 2 reasons I stated above: 1) It causes another Blight and 2) Old Gods already have souls.
