 I adore ME3, but ts driving me nuts. After weeks of happy and successful gaming it's no longer working on any Xbox on my profile. I can run the game using my sons gamertag, but my profile causes the game to freeze before the "Start" screen every single time. It's the same on other machines too, so it's not hardware or hard drive specific.

I've spent more than 4 hours on to Microsoft support who have tried every diagnostic they can think of:

• Deleted my profile and re downloaded
• Cleared the system cache
• Wiped all of the game elements from storage
• Same actions on other machines

All to absolutely no avail. Microsoft say here is nothing that they can see that is wrong with my profile, as it works with every single other one of my games. The only solution out with help from Bioware is to wipe my profile and lose my Gamertag, which is a bit of a scorched earth policy to be honest that I really don't want to try.

Help please!

You have the "Black Hole" glitch refer to the "Black Screen on Startup" section there is a fan made fix however I have not used it and therefore can not verify that it works.
