 When I completed the game for first time, in the end, the achievements "Freedom Fighter" and "Prothean Expert" From Ashes, were unlocked. 
When I imported the character me3 to play a new game, these achievements appeared locked again. 
Just when I finished the map of Eden Prime the second time, I observed that these achivements were unlocked, but when I exited the game at all, and started the game, these achivements were locked again.

When I complete the Eden Prime mission with an imported Shepard there's no way to get the achievements.
I re-played it with an new generated Shepard and I got them both.

By the time that has passed and yet this problem be solved, at this point I do not think Bioware fix this bug.

I read other post complaining about this same problem, but... no answer or solution

I have this problem as well. It's caused by the ME3 server having achievement data that conflicts with the achievement data stored locally on your computer, and the two refuse to sync. There's no fix right now, unfortunately.
