a lot of your builds and ideas and statements strike me as being contrarian simply for the sake of it. while it's that you like to do things differently, this does not make whatever you're doing amazing or really better than anything else (or even good), and with the way you phrase things, that's how it comes off.

This.  I appreciate you looking at things from different angles and trying out new builds and making your videos, but calling the results "beastly", "amazing", "easily the best", etc strikes me as a bit of an exaggeration.

I agree. You can take pretty much any of the weapons considered as bad and still do well with them. This only proves that you're sufficiently skilled to make use of the weaker weapons. They are still bad weapons, if there's a wide variety of much better choices available.

The gun was mediocre at best before the buff. Now it's pretty good and I don't see much need for further tweaking. One thing that's really awesome about it, is that the weight range isn't that large, so it starts out as fairly light. That's really nice considering it's rarity. It could do away with the hipfire damage penalty though. Right now it's fairly awkward at close range.

Eh! I only have an Indra 1, so currently it's about the same as the Avenger X with a High Cal Barrel and Scope, and if i could have the stability damper on too, it would pretty much be the same gun.

edit: i guess i can't get sniper bonuses with an Avenger though, oh and the Avenger weighs half as much.

How do you have so many ultra rares at X? Do you have a purchasing strategy? I play a lot and have a lot of credits, just no luck.

I just played with someone with the Indra X and that thing just slices through Atlas on Gold.

For a week I did not have to work. All I did was play day in and day out, very unhealthy. But it paid off.

I tested out Indra III for some time on my Quarian Infiltrator. It is very good with stabiltiy ammo for gold.

Most people are using it wrong. I've said a thousand times it is not meant to be a replacement for a traditional sniper rifle - it's supposed to serve as a CROSSOVER for an assault rifle/sniper. Compared to fully auto assault rifles such as the Revenant and Phaeston, the Indra's accuracy blows both of them out of the water.

In my opinion, accuracy is more important than damage with fully auto guns. Gun X could be the most powerful gun in the game, but if it's accuracy blows that's a moot statistic - very few shots will land. Since the Indra is a sniper rifle (technically), its accuracy is very high. Couple that with a built-in scope and you're talking about a deadly long rage fully automatic weapon. And since it's light you can carry an SMG such as the Hurricane and not have to worry about a lot of cooldown reduction.

The Indra looks amazing in that video. Hey, Star, is your T Sen, specced out for stability?

Partially, as in 45% as to opposed to maxed 55% because I wanted the extra power and weight capacity bonus.

On the Soldier I go max stability.

Respect due to all who recognize the greatness of Indra! I use Indra III on my GI build with damage and AP mods and it's just a silly gun against any target after the 90% weapon/cloak bonuses. Yeah, the heavies on Gold aren't going down in one clip, but Indra just has that "wow!" factor. Plus it's so light, so stable, so fun...

It's probably more so because of the rarity (and the spark storm it puts off when you're tearing through a group of unforntuate souls), but I have had a few people break radio silence and say "what gun are you using?"

INDRA.
