The first time I encountered the banshee was in the beta. I didn't have any of the back story and could already tell what it was. I could also tell I may have to pause the game and go hide in a dark corner. That scream. That movement. Creepy as anything in any horror movie.

Eh when I first heard a banshee scream I thought wtf?!?! and for some reason someone scratching their nails on a chalkboard came to mind. Still I always have bit of a sinking feeling I guess.
