I played the game from start to finish even did all the DLC for Mass Effect 2 and I still didnt get the Insanity achievement can you please help I do not want to do this all over again. I beat the game on 5/7/2012 at 19 to 20 hondred hrs. Please help. if you need any further questions answered you can email me. Thank you!

It's a player forum, mate. Someone from BioWare might wander through and see your post but it's not all that likely, and even if that happens I'm not sure that telling them what time you beat it is going to advance things without them knowing which of the world's 30+ time zones you were in at the time. Jeez, even if you're one of the large number based in the US it could be one of half a dozen. Basically, you really need to go straight to EA support. https://support.ea.com
