I'm a member of a couple of different forums: Halo, Marvel, IGN, CBR, DCUO. And I must say, none of them are as entertaining as you guys. They don't respond quick, there are less trolls, no one post funny pic or motivationals. I just wanted to let you guys know that your my favorite forum.

EDIT: When I say less trolls, I mean on the other forums. This place is filled with them. It's one of the reasons I like it here.

We have Cerberus Elites, Pragmatists, Idealists, RPG Experts, Pro-trueArts and etc here. Very good gathering of thinker gamers ... So it is obvious why BSN is more entertaining.

Its better than the Uncharted forums. Where everyone is at each others throats. You have obvious trolls being defended because he was probably provoked lol. most threads are complaining about one thing or another being OP and needing to be nerfed. This and this and this and this is killing the game meanwhile I get on and the game is just fine lol.
The funniest part of it all is how everyone is so scared to toe the line even a tiny bit while the mods don't seem to mind too much. Hell the best reason to go there is the meme thread and that was stickied by a mod.
But damn most people there take things way too seriously its kinda scary. You do ANYTHING even a tiny bit that might threaten their "wonderful" community and their begging mods to ban you.
I find it hilarious but I cant take any of it seriously not like here. Where I can have a discussion on music and have it be interesting.

Battlelog? Try Mordor (Battlefield 3 uk forums). You'll want a bath after with how much **** they throw out. To be fair, it makes sense they are bitter. DICE made BF3 like COD, and COD is taking the scrapped BF3 concepts (Commander mode, futuristic theme like 2142, Sandbox maps) and putting them in COD Black ops 2. So in a twisted way... Call of Duty is more like Battlefield than Battlefield 3.

Tangent aside... social.bioware certainly has its shenanigans, but I agree, it is pretty fun tolurk on

I spent 10 minutes in RPG Codex.
Nothing will be worse than them.
Immature name calling for anyone who disagrees with them and its a mob mentality.
Oh and the arguments over what equates an RPG here is nice and fluffy compared to there.
So harsh on anything that doesn't meet their criteria.
How does anyone enjoy anything with that attitude?

I've seen some of the posts on RPG Codex and yeah it does seem as though those guys are total jackasses who think they know it all. I find it funny when you get someone who lists all the RPG's they've played (mostly the old ones) while saying that it means they know more than everyone else about the genre.

Those guys are RPG Codex do know some great rpgs though and have some great interviews.

I've only been on 1 better strictly-gaming forum, which was Titan Quest's. The problem was however that the forums were... kinda dead. It made sense though because the game itself was getting old and Iron Lore Entertainment was going under
