I've already beaten the game once, beating every main mission & side mission on my first playthrough.  I've made my way through every main mission & side mission on Insane except the "Citadel: Cerebus Automatic Turret Schematics" & 
"Priority: Cerberus Headquarters".  When I look at my remaining missions, all I have left to do is: "Priority: Cerberus Headquarters" & "Citadel: Cerebus Automatic Turret Schematics"

I cannot remember if I picked up the turret schematics earlier on or not, but that should not matter as they're suppose to be available in my Spectre Requisitions.  I've checked on the Citadel as well as on the Normandy and they are not available to purchase.  Where they're not available to me, I'm going under the assumption that I have already picked them up.

My problem is, when I go to give them to the guy on the Citadel, (which I have done in my first playthrough & confirmed online that it is in fact the right guy just to be sure) he's just standing there with his hand up to his ear as though he's talking, but he does nothing.  No matter what I do here, the option for me to give him the schematics never appear.  He does not move, he does not say a thing, he's completely still, but I have noticed that he blinks...hehehe.

Has anyone else run into this?  anyone have any ideas of what I can do?  Deleting my cache etc...?  I just don't want to mess up my save anymore than it seems it already is, or have to go through the entire game again on Insane again?
