Btw, someone had an interesting idea that after the final Reaper battle the number of males would be so depleted that the females would be the representational majority of Tchunka. It's all speculation but if males became a diminished commodity and they had a breeding plan established for after the war....... (assuming the genophage was cured), their could be a huge role reversal in the Krogan social pecking order.

BS. These would not have women fight. Not all races are defunct enough to give females equal rights.
It's artistic integrity to meet, leaving aside the asari and geth, almost exclusively male representatives of almost every species except humans and quarians?Redbelle wrote...
One of the main reasons there have been fewer female character species over the course of ME, from 1, 2 and 3 is that BW had no reason to programme and render them.
Or it could be a blatant example of male privilege where the mostly male staff of BioWare just didn't think to include female members of species where there is no reason not to include them because they didn't notice the lack of representation.
Anyway, I unlocked both ex-Cerberus last night and tried one of them out and was underwhelmed by their powers, so they're just destined to collect virtual dust anyway.

Maybe a future DLC will address this (female turian infiltrator, female phoenix vanguard and adept).

Maybe, in fact, women are so great in ME3, they felt bad for the men so they made more of them?
j/k of course. In science fiction, you can make any reason up. So it is generally smart to make up a reason to include as many women characters as men. Therefore, I happen to wholeheartedly agree.

Go to Flotilla: "No male quarian model? Quick! Get the designers on this! We can't possibly visit the home of a species and not have males around, it would be jarring and absurd!"
Go to Tuchanka: "No female krogan model? Uh... just say they have their own clans or something."
Go to Palaven: "No female turian model? Huh. Whatever."
Go to Sur'Kesh: "We decided salarians don't really have any sexual dimorphism, right? And the women are all in positions of significant power and importance, like supervising covert labs with closely-guarded state secrets? Where's a male voice actor for this Padoks guy?"
Go to Earth: "We have a female soldier model? When did that happen? Look, it's faster to just clone the dudes a hundred times ok?"
Yeah, it really does sound a lot better if you assume they didn't notice, sadly.

Female Krogans are a precious commodity due to the genophage, they would not be out and about on Tuchanka or going and fighting the Reapers, male Krogans wouldn't allow that. We never actually went to Palaven, just the moon, only male Turians are enlisted in the military (pretty sure it states this in the codex in one of the games) and the only Turians on that moon were military. Many different species on earth have no sexual dimorphism at all, or very slight such as color difference, so why can't aliens? As much as I'd like to see a female turian, do we really need it? Compared to humans there wouldn't be much sexual dimorphism, just a smaller build and maybe more feminine features, but no alien species is going to have the dimorphism of humans. In all honesty I think the model for asari is a terrible one, no alien species would have breasts unless they are mammals and breast feed, I highly doubt asari are mammals, maybe they breast feed I don't know. Honestly I'm not sure what people want, should we just slap a pair of breasts on turian and salarian models and then they are "female" to me that is more degrading to the female population then the lack of female aliens in the game.

Krogan: The only female model ever made for Krogans is Eve, and she is heavily robed (is that the right way to say it? I think so...) Honestly I don't think they even really know what they want female Krogan to look like, but normally you will never see them off their home planet. No offense, but the male-dominated Krogan world pretty much keeps all of the females in 'sex-camps' *cough* I mean, peace camps.
Salarians: Male and Female salarians look exactly the same as far as I have ever seen, the only thing different is their voice. Then again, maybe there are female Salarians, we just don't notice because their voices are too similar. It's hard to say.
Turians: They never bothered to make a female model for Turians. Honestly, I don't expect them to make a new model just for MP.
Vorcha: Do female Vorcha look any different from males? I haven't a clue, and we've never been informed of that kind of stuff.
Ex-Cerberus: It hard to say with this...The only females in Cerberus are scientists/doctors, Nemesis(es), and Phantoms. And the later two combat types are small/gangly looking women. I think they wouldn't want to use those model types for players, and making new armor female humans would be difficult without recycling some of the human females.
I'm not trying to be sex-ist or anything, but in true War, you will pretty much always see more men fighting than women (except Amazonian time, but that was a while ago). It's not a sex-ist thing as a moral thing. Most cultures have never seen women in battle, and from a media-perspective, seeing women fighting/dying on the battlefield would cause a lot more problems than just men fighting and dying.

You said " Honestly, I don't expect them to make a new model just for MP." Is that because male Turians are specifically in the Armed Forces? Well, assuming that there's a threat the likes no one has seen there is a valid reason as to why female Turians (albeit, they probably look like slimmer males) can be added. All I'm saying is, there might be a future DLC that will address that, either that or a spokesperson for Bioware will address the community. All I want right now are better skin tone choices because so far, the choices between light green and lighter green aren't cutting it for me.
