Tried customer support, Commendation Pack(exorcist)

Today at about 8 central I used customer support live chat, to try and clear this up. Eventually they asked for my origin/ea account email BUT at the time, I gave them my usual email (hewo_moto@hotmail.com connected to my JordanZX PSN I use) I forgot that I used my alternate Email (hewo_motoX@hotmail.com connected to my NowitzkyZX PSN) to make this. I discovered this about a hour ago when I decided to sign out and try to log in. It took me to make a new account right away.

However I contacted live support about two hours after my initial time. But I made the new account with my usual e-mail by this point and I was told that I recieved it however, I have not, I'm sure the problem was that I gave a ea/origin account that didn't exist at that point in time, so even though they added it to my "PSN" I couldn't recieve it. After about a 40 minute chat with support the second time, they directed me here.

If you wish to make sure I don't have it, or any promotional weapons, yet you can check my multiplayer manifest for BooBooXZ account on here connected to JordanZX PSN. I couldn't post this with that account because It was made about a hour ago.

Edit: They had me delete my ME3 data utility too, still didn't see the pack.just had to redownload resurgence/updates.

Nevermind give up any hope I had for this to be resolved 23 days later see almost no "bioware" tags on any of these ps3 section posts.
