My account was working fine for a while, then one day there was an error message saying there was a problem with my password. I clicked the provided link to reset my password, got a message that i was successful, but the email with the new password never arrives, even with all spam filters turned off. Then, it says to "contact us" if you have a problem, I have done this twice, but no response.
I know I don't really need to log in except to vote or make comments, but it's still irritating.
Is anyone paing attention at the vault?

Found out that all email-based features doesn't work. Maximus confirmed it with and added that its not likely to being fixed 
To reset your password you have to directly email maximus and then I suggest you don't change it - I tried and it stopped working again...

FP is correct, you can D/L without logging in.
Lightfoot is also correct in that I can reset your password if you need it. PM me with your Vault username and I'll PM you back with a secret message, er, temporary password.

By the way, as I mentioned above, I know I only need to log in for comments or voting. My "too bad" comment was in reference to the other thread mentioned by Luj1 that says there may be a long term problem with the vault.
