I bought the UE for Dragon Age Origins + Awakening, but I'm unable to redeem my promo code, thus I'm unable to get my DLC. Whenever I type down the code it just tells me "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly". I have typed it in correctly.
Any help?

I have heard of people being supplied with a second (and useless) CD-key for Ultimate Edition, rather than the promo code they are entitled to. The clue is in the number of alpha-numeric digits. The CD-key is typically five groups of four and the redeem code is four groups of four. If you have two of the former, then you may have been given a redundant key instead of the code you are entitled to. If this is the case, only EA can help you as they control all things related to accounts and entitlements, not Bioware or other users here.

I've been having this same problem. I'll follow up on it with EA and see if they can sort it out. If so, I'll post back a response.
