And guess what? I was told to post here.
Anyway I told them my collector riflle code didn't work for me and they told me its because I'm a console gamer.
I know this is wrong as other people on ps3 have collector rifles, but I know was was a ealier promotion, It also means I know they have the power to fix it thou, which they claimed otherwise.
I decided to also complain about the PSP I bought, never got and and had the credits take for. No help, nor credit refund just told to post here.
So I Just Spoke With EA Support.

You have seen people on ps3 with a collectors rifle? It was to my understanding it was only for pc and 360

A origin promotion meant only for PC was announced for all platfroms. Ea gave collector rifles too all that were on consoles.
You know I should go on and point that out.
