Contact ME3Accountadmin@bioware.com to verify it is in fact an online pass issue and nothing else.

I sent two emails yesterday... I downloaded the game again in origin and nothing...

It's going to take them a bit to fix the issue once they've receievd your e-mail. They responded to mine in less than 24 hours and were helpful in letting me know that there's an irregularity with my account that's causing the error.
They're working on a fix, but I don't think it's as simple as flipping a switch.
