I swear. Bioware just fails at MP.
They can't release a simple commendation pack on time to save their souls.
There are countless bugs in MP that haven't been fixed in over 2 months.
There's a bug where you can buy a pack, yet never receive it while your credits are stolen.
Agreed, they need to either get their act together or get someone else to work on it instead of them. I've seen more major errors and bugs than I've seen throughout 4 years of playing the halo and call of duty franchises. To beat them in the number of major fails and long-unfixed errors in the space of 70 days...
Everything they do seems to be delayed or be broken within the hour. Some of the major bugs that were originally present are still present after a patch, which created more bugs and errors. This operation is again hinting at DLC being released/announced through the event, yet we've still heard nothing.
Either way, I'd say that in future, they should get some other company to work on the multiplayer to their games. It's rather apparent that they should probably stick to singleplayer.
Alright guys, let's take a step back for JUST a second...
You cannot possibly compare ME3's MP to that of Halo or CoD, two franchises built on addicting multiplayer. Neither of those can hold a candle to what Bioware's single player experiences offer. They're different franchises built by different companies with different purposes. ME3's multiplayer is a tacked on, simplified mode that simply reuses resources from the single player campaign. Don't hold your expectations too high.
Furthermore, the multiplayer for ME3 was created by Bioware Montreal, a newly created branch that houses some old Bioware employees and others hired specifically for their multiplayer prowess. The blanket term "Bioware" doesn't mean they're all the same people working on all the same stuff. They just all received paychecks from the same corporate overlords.
Some of the problems with ME3's MP are inexcusible, sure. But let's not try and compare copper to gold, here.
