Are they all sitting around counting by hand?
The image of a group of Bioware employees hunched over calculators while scrolling through every single Reaper run results over three days amuses the hell out of me

This amazes me. I mean, it's like literaly 1 line of SQL. Can counting be that difficult?
Ah one Ah two Ah three... server crashMike asked....
Mr Owl how long will it take to count all the Banshees?

Huh, only if you put multiple clauses on the same line ...january42 wrote...

Maybe they used a separate global variable for each match.

They probably taking regular breaks to look at quarian jiggly bum bum
Of course (joking aside) they coud just use the same queries from previous weeks and seach for Banshees instead of Phantoms or Brutes. So, somehow I don't think the delay relates to getting the data - at least I really hope it doesn't.QCteamkill wrote...

They surely had to make a UUID for each match, then again they have to filter out the duplicates for each player kill feed in that match... i guess that's more than 1 line, because you have to add a group by and having clause.
