My Carnifex is stuck at 2.  I have N7 weapons that are higher rank than that .  One of the best guns in the game, and the RNG gods won't give it to me ...

Did not get the Commendation Pack, though I think I passed the challenge in time. EA's online help couldn't help, because they can't provide the packs anymore...

Any way to get the pack?
