dont't understand the whole waste your time or too much effort logic. what else is so much worth the time or effort? really is it that much more exhausting to go up against reapers? Also yes I would like to get a knew n7 weapon or upgrade, can't imagine much more lofty goals at this point.

honestly I don't know why they're complaining. If you're actually good at the game, gold is not that hard (actually if you're a good player, gold is easier than silver or bronze). If they don't want to "waste their time" on unlocking n7 weapons, then they shouldn't participate.

to all of you people complaining about it being a waste of time: If you think it's a waste of time, then don't participate. But don't try your hardest to get the thing, end up unable to because of your lack of skill, and then complain about it being a "waste of time" because you're not good enough to get it.

Ya but it's a challenge they are presenting to us. Not everyone is supposed to get it only those who take the time and it can do it.

Noticed i made a few grammar errors (or more) what Evs' you guys get it besides who doesn't like a challenge and if have friends or teammates that do well it's easy on gold so just stop complaining do you complain because the lottery odds are not in your favor don't take it the wrong way but suk it up man it's life.

Well, so far i've had a blast during this challenge... the thing confuses me a little though... why ask to kill 3mill banshees as common goal, and then as squad goal ask to complete a full extract on gold against any enemy :S it would have made more sense to require full extract on gold against reapers. but i suppose its just because reapers are "harder" than the other enemys.... (LOL)

Lots of new players trying to achieve the goal on gold make things really interesting... and frustrating at times too lol

Just wanted to point that when fighting reapers on gold i think the best thing to aim first are ravagers, then marauders, then brutes and banshees. if you are decent enough to retreat while keep shooting you shouldnt really have any kind of issue against reapers.. but IF you dont take out ravagers and marauders then you will have a harder battle ahead, since ye will take lots of hits whenever ye pop out of cover, they kinda deny entire areas with the damage output they have.

Im a PC user, and i think i am a "decent" player... Origin Id Hantaksk, add me if ye want to play some gold level challenges tomorrow, as im very tired to keep going today :S

So Firebase White still counts?? Cause what bothers me is the title screen when I first opened this weekend'soperation. It said the Firebase Base White has been overrun by Cerberus or sth. Could anyone confirm that??

to my understanding with the first post from chris priestly it says squad goal any enemy any map as long as its gold and full extraction

I hope so - I was Geth farming on this very level this morning (Full Extraction to boot)

I agree they should lower the difficulty. I don't think the average player will get a good impression of the community when he gets kicked out of Gold all the time.

A Banshee death counter would be nice, to keep people working for the goal.

I don't think they should lower difficulty but the fact that people are being kicked seems kind of BS I think everyone at least deserves a chance. All you can do is your best better players should think of it more as a challenge with the less experienced. But that is how I see it If anyone wants to play on Xbox I'm

Allied Goal: Kill 3,000,000 banshees
Squad Goal: Survive until a full extraction on any map against any enemy on gold difficulty.


I got my gold done, I just wish there was a counter to how many Banshees have been exterminated. It would be nice when you looged in, at the main screen, where it shows you your Galactic Readiness if they had a tab where you could scroll too and see where you stand during the Given Operation.

Failing that, why not add a Stat button for the challenge below the store packs?
