Mist likely protheans.   Though the raloi would make more sense since they aren't extinct and all

If the Vorcha class happens, I bet it'll be "vampiric', like draining health much like Reave does for raw defense.
That and hide under beds of unsuspecting Cerberus troops.

About the Operation, I'm starting to doubt we made the goal. I personally took care of 250-300 or so Banshees over the weekend but I know if you're not bringing proper classes/skilled players who got a clue, Banshees can easily demolish PUGs.
And on high-lag hosts, it's just annoying to see scrubs wipe at wave 3 while my Kroguard is flying mid-air due to an earlier lagdeath (fix it Bio!).

One word : Chat.

It'd make it easier for people who have a bad mic or can't speak english.

.... you realize that would mean people would be stopping to type every two minutes, right? That would be retarded.

Right, because this sort of thing has never been implemented in any PC shooter before today... Yes, typing is often slower than talking, but not communicating at all is far worse.

in most cases, I would agree, but not in me3. This is a game where you have to survive waves of enemies. If somebody stops to chat, they could die and easily lose the game for everyone.

In retrospect, I get the feeling BW is actually considering implementing text chat. See, ME3 uses Unreal Engine 3, which by default has a button bound for text chat (T). I'm not sure if it's still there, but when I checked the controls shortly after getting ME3, it was even listed under keybinds; it did nothing though. Recently I was changing some keybinds and tried to use T for something else, and got an error message saying I couldn't use that key because it was unchangeably bound to a different function. It still does nothing as far as I know; maybe they'll implement text chat with a patch at some point?

I seriously hope not. If they do, it'll ruin the game for a lot of players (Specifically gold players, but probably silver and bronze, too) because we'd have a bunch of noobs stopping to chat every two seconds, causing their deaths and unbalancing the odds. Might cause match losses, and if they add it in, I guarentee you the majority of fans will be pissed at Bioware. I think Bioware already know this, though, so I doubt they will add them.

I disagree. I think more communication will benefit us.

We already have a perfectly serviceable means of communication during the game.  Chat would serve no purpose other than a distraction from the game.  Just because half the people out there choose not to turn on their mics does not mean that others can not communicate with a single push of a button rather than, typing long chats.  The only time that chat would be useful is locating games, or during the pre-game cycle.  Let's not forget that may of these players are on XBox which does not have any form of keyboard.  Can you imagine them trying to cycle through the Alphabet with a controller while still playing the game.  Chat = Really, really bad idea.

I think we need a new enemy to refresh the game other than new class or maps. But any DLC is welcome for me

Re: Operation SILENCER

Confidentiality classification: XB-PRIME

Soldiers of the Milky Way –

It is with great regret that I must announce the withdrawal of forces from several colonies in asari space. Reinforcing them proved untenable. While Operation SILENCER inflicted substantial casualties, the Reapers learned from our victories against the brutes, and they now know how to protect their own.

Rest assured that we too are learning from this conflict. Already, we are implementing plans to supply our forces with a better arsenal so that, when we next meet the enemy, they are ours. Until your next deployment, keep calm and carry on. We will pay the Reapers back soon enough.

based of the the SP Javik, he was an established soldier/biotic. so since we are getting a "Phoenix" Van and Adept, i believe its safe to say we will get Protheans.

I WANT TO USE SLAM IN MULTIPLAYER!

We'll still get a commendation pack (for anyone who got a full extraction on any gold mission that had their gameplay feedback activated) - probably be tomorrow.

Well, then. Next time BW should lower the mobs need to kill and enforce the commendation pack by killing the same type of mobs that the operation requires in gold run. Also the Diablo 3 launch day didn't help with this cause.

Yikes, no packs for me then this time - only killed a couple of banshees (and assisted killing some) but no gold challenge for me. Never mind, next time. :)

The D3 launch date was after this challenege weeken.
It is called a community challenge because it is meant to be a CHALLENGE. Killing 3 million is a good figure, as part of a community challenge. But because we have won them all so far, many in the community left the community challenge for others to do and didn't contribute at all. The community got cocky and thought it would be too easy and slacked. This is not BioWare's fault at all.

Not quite sure what Bioware thinks will happen when they set goals that aren't met. Do they think that it will make people try harder the next time? Yeah good luck with that.
