Oh well, I still got the N7 Hurricane meaning I have every N7 weapon now, which is odd because i'm not usually that lucky

I think it's less that they expected us to lose, and more that they NEEDED us to lose in order for their setup for th enewest DLC to work.

I think it's less that they expected us to lose, and more that they NEEDED us to lose in order for their setup for th enewest DLC to work.

As is said before, i think this is somekind of cool viral story

Banshees, that have beaten us players for the first time in a challenge.
But we strike back, the next time.

But perhaps its just speculation ^^ And if not: Great Idea BioWare! You´re the best !

hmm i'm missing the Black Widow, Indra, Valiant, Crusader, Talon, Eagle and Collector Rifle. Any idea how to get them in an easier way than buying loooooaaads of premium spectre packs?

Wrong N7 weapons Shadow, there's two types - N7 named weapons can ONLY be received via the Commendation Packs. N7 level weapons you get through Spectre and Premium Spectre packs. The Collector Rifle was only available as a pre-order bonus for the 'Art of the Mass Effect Universe' book from Barnes & Noble, you cannot get it now.

lolz at ^^^^^, but I too received neither pack after completion... and, yes, I did have Data Share turned on.
I refuse to have to contact EA support to receive ANOTHER commendation pack. Come on, Bioware, this should be the easiest coding to implement for rewards. Jeez.

Bioware need to learn how multiplayer works, I have bought several Premium spectre kits with real money and not being given the pack, and this latest operation I didnt get my commendation pack.
With this next DLC they best fix it and if not goodbye ME3

On page 31 Chris Priestly or whatnot his name is, told people to contact EA support if no packs were given. You should also take up the packs you bought that you didn't recieve either.

I've never not gotten ripped off the stuff I paid real money for, I have "lost" packs that I bought with credits though.  What I'm damn sick of, is them ripping us off on packs, when half the time the stuff we get is rendered useless due to stuff out of control, host game droppers, network disconnects.... the game should keep a tally of what consumables/equipment you use for a match, however, it shouldn't actually be REMOVED from your inventory until you either COMPLETE the mission, FAIL the mission, or LEAVE the mission, the 3 choices you have.  I'm sick of losing level 3 rail amps and ammo types, medigel and rockets, only to have no subsequent reward.  Can I really help it if a host disconnects at wave 8?  NO I can't, so why should my consumables still be counted if my XP and Credits aren't?

I know most of you feel as if placing a call to BW cust-supp is unnecessary, given that BW is the one that sponsors these events and they should have this pack granting process down pat. However, I just placed a call into their cust support # and I told them I was missing a pack from this past NT event and BIMYOWWWW!! I got my pack, just like that.

I received prompt and courteous customer service.

Yes, that's right. I was surprised, given all that happened before at the start (plus negative experience from SWTOR) but I have to admit that actual customer support works GREATLY, right now.

They will probably ask for proof about my packs but what proof have I got plus it was a while ago I doubt im going to spend actual money on multiplayer again.

I've done so much FBWGG matches that I would rather go up against reapers than to do another one if those matches. Seriously how do play on the same map against the same enemy without getting bored?! Bioware should have made the squad goal "full extraction on a non-firebase white map against the reapers", just to mix things up a little.

:whistle:I know what you mean 90% of my matches lately on gold are FBWGG I play silver so I can play other locations and enemies. Phones suck for posting.

iv been playing all the maps on gold at the mo it helps that i play with friends.
i ended up getting the N7 Valiant 3 times from the misson packs lol

Even the e-mail support works great. I've written a nice e-mail to EA-support and within the next twenty minutes I got a nice mail back, telling me my pack was unlocked by the support crew. I checked the store directly afterwards and my pack was there. Say what you want about EA, but their customer support is really quick!

Those who are still having problems receiving their commendation packs, just contact EA and they will check the database if indeed you participated and will also check if you survived Gold. Its not that hard to do.
