Those who are still having problems receiving their commendation packs, just contact EA and they will check the database if indeed you participated and will also check if you survived Gold. Its not that hard to do.

yh the problem i have is the three options to contact EA are always unavailable

BioWare объявляют на ближайшие выходные новую мультиплеерную операцию Mass Effect 3 под названием «Глушитель». На этот раз объектом охоты становятся банши – жуткие твари, создаваемые Жнецами из азари.- Общая цель для союзных войск: уничтожить 3 миллиона банши;- Цель для отдельных отрядов: выжить до момента эвакуации на любой карте против любого врага на уровне сложности «Золото».Достижение цели для союзных войск принесет всем участникам «Победные наборы». Успешное завершение цели для отдельных отрядов даст участникам отряда «Благодарственный набор». Операция начнется в 05:00 МСК 12 мая и завершится в 04:00 МСК 15 мая. Участвовать в операции смогут игроки всех трех платформ – РС, Xbox 360 и PlayStation 3, однако BioWareпредупреждает, что из-за определенных проблем игроки на PS3 не увидят рекламный экран операции, но смогут принять в ней участие и получить призы. Для участия необходимо включить опцию «Отправление геймплейной информации» в онлайн настройках игры.

 I got the Commendation Pack right after Silencer ended, but I've yet to see a Victory Pack.  

(Did we finally lose this one or should I contact EA?...)

Also when will we be seeing the Vorcha? Next weekend perhaps?

this is probably down to a lack of moral. it dose kinda mess with youre faith in wining knowing that you will just end up being merged with the monster's you are fighting or having youre galaxy's gratest hero side with a terorist organisation or that hero being responseble for the mass genoside of an entier race that put there trust in him or her

That and the Weekends have been bugged to hell, and people were getting disgusted with the way the packs have been handled thus far.

Also, the complete lack of feedback as to how close or far we are doesn't help.

Also, people that want specific characters or weapons either already have them, or are sick of trying to unlock them through RNG.

The packs were probably a moneymaker early on, but they don't hold up for long term viability the way they would in a casual game.

You can't even get that in a commedation pack.  Only specter and premium specter.
