Ok well I uploaded a couple of characters and there portraits are not showing up, also if you put color in the portraits the face does not show up. I am a huge fan of you Bioware. I have to play the 360 version because my PC sucks, but come on Bioware. Fix this problem, because it's not fare to some of your fans to have to play the console version.

Strange thing is the portraits worked fine when the game was first released.
Although it's nothing to do with background colour. My earlier characters have portraits and they had custom backgrounds.

They've been having upload issues now for a while. "They are aware of the issue and it is being worked on."

Thats the same thing they have been saying for weeks. This has never happened when Bioware was not owned by EA. Hell Bioware does not even care about console gamers anymore and what they don't relies is some console gamers (like me) are huge Bioware fans who bought there old games on the PC and some of us don't have the money to have a good PC (mine is utter crap) have to settle for the console version and there past console versions (KOTOR, Jade Empire and ME) where outstanding but this console version is not getting the support it needs. I realy hope Bioware reads this and takes better care of there console gamers.

Some Bioware staff confirmed in a post on the general forums that they are working on patches for the console versions of the game. So we will get a patch eventually.

Patches for the consoles have to go through testing at microsoft and Sony before they are allowed to be released. This takes time. PC patches on the otherhand don't which is why they can be released quicker.

Whoah...this is a website issue, not necessarily a console issue. The social networking site and uploading game info to the web is brand new for Bioware and there have been a lot of problems they are working on as diligently as they can. PC users are having upload/website issues as well, don't think they don't.



Malacath is right about the patches, and the site is gaining functionality all the time. Be patient. Bioware is not blowing off console users. If they were, they wouldn't have bothered with the PS3 version at all.

It will get better, give them some time. If you think about everything they're trying to do, just over a month of live isn't that long.

When you created the character, where you connected to xbox live? I just had a character upload 'right' that I made last night when I was hooked to live, as to the ones I did offline.

I have an Elf Rogue that still have no portrait or even shows up for that matter and I beat the game with him last week.



They should make it so that we can change the background without losing the character.

I'm thinking connection to xbox live and EA servers is the key to the pic showing up.

Well still puts the problem on them as I am never offline when I am playing any game.

Yes two of my characters do not show up :-(



- Both have colour backgrounds

- Both were made while playing offline



This character <- does show up. He has no background and was made while connected online.

For me all characters were created online, but the Elf Rogue character was given a blue background and now the full model and the portrait will not load.



EA sure screwed things up again since its their server support, or a lack of it that is the problem here.

Don't blame EA, they're busy making games for overweight soccer moms to play on the child's Wii when kiddy is at school. :?

MY CHARACTERS ARMOR AND WEAPONS WONT EVEN SHOW UP he still has starting weapons and armor on when really my character has starfang and dragon blood armor.....SEROSLY BIOWARE WHAT GIVES

The full body screen never changes but if you point at the spot you equip stuff in the game it will tell what is there.
