I like your hanar and elcor best. The volus suicide bomber is pretty sweet too

First of all: The artwork is awesome, no doubt about that.
Second: It's too tame. If you look at Cannibals, Marauders, Husks and whatever, you see that those are pretty messed up. Your pictures, while looking great, lack a certain... I don't know, what's the word... Grit?

Great stuff, man. Though you should make them a little more horrific; some of the variants look like regulars with a few reaper implants rather than full blown husks.
Then again, I'm no artist.....

Remember, the Reapers also combine 2 or more organics to make their monsters (ie Cannibal = Batarian + Human). Some combination monsters, like Hanar + Drell would be darkly ironic

If I finish all the non combined races I may have to go there, mainly I've been doing these to deal with withdrawl from beating the game and knowing it'll still be some time before the EC comes out (thougn multiplayer helps), so I'll definitely continue the series for awhile. Also to everyone saying they're too tame I agree, out of town this week so wont be able to do much about it till the weekend but when I do get back I plan on really fleshing out these guys further into some nasty looking reaper variants, especially the drell and hanar which I feel are the most lacking.

That sounds to me like an interesting gameplay mechanic: With their shields gone, it equates to them being unable to stay afloat (pun), and they hit the ground, but they're not dead. They can still move and attack as before but a bit more slowly on their movement. Given some maps in the game offering lots of low cover, this could end up as a boon for the Hanar husk.obtuse4ngle wrote...

I just noticed you added a Hanar, Krogan, and Drell. They are fantastic as well. Keep up the awesome art!
