I like the concept abilities you added for the characters. The only thing I will add..
Salarian husks would be infiltrators.
Drell husk would have a dash move(kinda like krauser from RE4) to complement their melee
Hanar Husk would be able to climb on walls/ceilings and grab you out of cover

I'm an adept as well and I say BRING IT ON!!!
Shockwave is great for targets you can't specifically target. So shockwave(stagger)===>warp===>shockwave(biotic explosion) would be the better option
