 Every time you talk to Miranda, she is scratching at her chest every three seconds. It kind of annoys me. I can't be the only one to notice this.

She is either really nervous around Shepard or can't afford to moisturize as well since being laid off.

I noticed this as well.

I started wondering if her wardrobe left that little bit of chest open specifically so she could scratch it. Maybe that's why she wears gloves; so she won't spread the scale itch.

She was engineered that way. She has a legitimate in-universe reason for being super attractive.

I think it was agreed upon everywhere that it was Kelly who brought the unpleasnat scale itch implications on board.

Meh I've hated her ever since I lost her loyalty over the Jack-Miranda cat fight, which caused Legion to die (somehow). 

I hope she has a massive rash under that thing.

I see it as a nervous tick. She doesn't normally get nervous - this is Miranda, Miss Genetically Perfect, after all - but now she's asking Shepard for help, to give her assistance. She's used to telling people to give her what she requires, not asking for what she needs.

Yes there are worse things she could do...like ask you about Kaidan so that you can tell them it's in your past, then follow that with public dry humping, make out session complimented with grunts and porn noises and right after that say to you, "we always knew it woud end."    I'd rather have seen Thane scratch his nuts in front of me than do what he just did.  

I'd rather watch Miri scratch her boobs as opposed to what?  Reach behind her and try to dig out that massive wedgie?  Scratch away Miri, I really don't mind.  My Sheploo really doesn't mind.  Not in the least.

Because my god her butt looks like it's eating her pants. Giving her that massive wedgie.

But Utaker that was not Thane that did those things it was Thane's AI decoy Tink Krios, Thane is still alive and well, that's why Garrus never mentioned anything about Thane's death, he figured Shep just knew that it was a decoy, same with Joker, Chakwas, EDI, Tali, Ken and Gabby, and anyone else on the ship that met and knew Thane.

Yes I said it because I couldn't think of a more tactful way to put it.  LOL.  Oh yeah, Tink, how can I forget him.  He was my creation and the worst thing ever to hit MP.  He'll never hit level 20, I can't get the fool off level 7 and even if I did get him to the point to send him off as an asset, I never would.  He is the LAST person I'd call for help.
