Makes sense, since the EC only expands on the endings in which he is always dead. That's like asking Legion's VA... I for one, will only get upset if any of the living characters confirm they are not doing anything.

Doesn't mean Thane-content is completely impossible to come up later on, though. Don't get your hopes crushed so easily.

For me, this is just complete "green with envy" (ha, green, get it.....Thane's green......no?.....ok, moving on). The Thane threads have never been visited by any of the BW team (specifying me3 forum only here), and though they have been kind enough to respond to some of our posts on twitter, I think the Thane fans (or at least some of us) have been frustrated by the lack of......well the "lack".

Personally I am very happy for any of the ME2 squaddies/LI's that end up with more content. It was what I think we were all hoping for when we bought this game. The envy part will still exist, but I will still be glad if someones efforts to get more content out of their favorite characters succeeds.

Hopefully all these books, letter drives, art, ect....will get noticed and action will take place, but the fact is, they may not. I will continue to hope most days, and on those days I don't......I'll just go get drunk and hang out in the corner.
:D

I'm one stubborn Siha so I won't even consider defeat :)

And I agree, unity will benefit all of the fangroups.

I do understand where the tension stems from though. Us Thane fans have proverbially been knocking on BW's door and gotten few answers. (Which I can understand to a degree, nothing is set in stone yet DLC-wise). It's hard to process that the devs seemingly ignores us but not others.

It's difficult to not let that spark of fanrage light a fire. Trust me, I've deleted several posts before hitting that submit button due to my temper rearing it's ugly head.

Regardless, I'm really happy for you guys and I sincerely hope that BW acknowledges every fangroups efforts. Wether it's the fanbooks, posters or any of the other projects we're putting together.

May we all succeed.

Arashu be praised! / Keelah Se'lai!

Well, I think we are all going to need to be stubborn. There are going to be some disappointments, some discouraging moments.

Fortunately, I think we are a sufficiently stubborn bunch to persevere through that.

No amount of DLC can give a drell more blood.

Yes, yes. I know "Thane said he was dying, so he should die". How old and boring at this point. I have people from around the globe that utterly disagrees with it. There is nothing wrong with wanting to save the man you love. We will keep fighting, because we have that right at least. Even if you disagree with it.

He died because he was dying, not because he said he was dying. Mostly because he had a bit of help, too though.

That's not even what we are after if you bothered to pay attention.

Thank you for your thought out comment, I'm pretty sure I know what you guys "are after".  This was only posted as I had not seen it posted before in the Thane thread or elsewhere.

I'm not sure you do know what we are after, and you probably don't care.
It actually was posted in one of the Thane threads so most of us already knew about that.

Just because I don't post in the Thane thread doesn't mean I don't care.
I've been lurking in the thread since ME2 came out.  You may have seen me post a twitter link or two.  That's just what I do.  That's what I did here.

And...

I
didn't see anything disrespectful in Vertigo's posts, they were fairly
civil responses to an unnecessary, snide comment regarding Miranda and
her fanbase.

And Veritgo was not exactly being a paragon of civility by linking Weeke's post and basically telling us that we had no hope.

I never said "give up hope".

I vote that Keythe breaks into the recording studio and records something anyways.
