I always wanted to ask this question about the elfs, since DA is a D&D type game, my question revoles around the Drow, dose the DA universe have Drow type elves? The world is hudge I am sure that in diffrent country's they must have diffrent variations of Elves like the Drow Thaughts?.

How do you mean "like the drow"?

If you mean a cult of elves who were cast underground because of their worship of the Forgotten Ones, it seems unlikely. Not impossible, since much of what happened during the height of Arlathan's power has been lost. But the subsequent infestation of the underground with darkspawn has certainly done a number on the dwarves; any drow would have a similar problem.

If you mean a society run by a bunch of sadistic witch-priestesses... well, I could imagine individual Dalish clans headed up by drow-like Keeper. But the Dalish as a whole don't seem matriarchal or patriarchal. City elves don't have enough power to pull it off.

If you mean dark-skinned elves with white hair, sure, I'd buy that for a dollar. Why not?

The Drow as a whole Blighted or otherwise, I think it would be intresting to see the Drow in a DA game at some point
