i am here after trying 3 times with https://help.ea.com/ to get my commendation pack. They send me here to make a forum thread and explain what happend.
Well ive read on forums that commendation packs were given to every player that completed the challange, but still when i open ME3 - MP - Store i only get recruit / veteran / spectre packs.
Could you guys check up and fix this
