I create NPC and I want to use his face for my PC in DAO. How I can create the mod? I mean I want to create the mod as dazip to share with people.

The only way to use it for existing PCs would be to have people edit their save files. For new characters, export the morph as a MOP and add it to the preset list in chargenmorphcfg.xml. It can then be chosen in the character creator.

In the morph editor, there's an export settings panel where you can set whether you export as a .mor (default) or .mop. Toggle that and export your face morph to get the MOP file.
