I want to add a custom reward to my quest.

I have added an entry to the rewards.xls but the reward still doesn't show on the Rewards Selection form and I'm at a loss as to what to do.

Could anyone offer any suggestions?

Regards

Paul

Assuming you converted the XLS into a GDA and placed it in one of the override folders, I'd say you should just have to refresh the override in the toolset. (Ctrl+F5 or View -> Refresh override)

Although I believe I sometimes had to relaunch the toolset itself depending on what table was extended. You may want to try that if the refresh option fails. :o

Ah now you see your making some assumptions. Could you point me in the direction of some material on this convertion stuff as I've no idea how to do it.

As a perhaps usefull side note as I found that the wiki wasn't awfully explicit on what to do once the GDA file was created:-

1. Copy the GDA to C:\\Users\\admin\\Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\AddIns\\pgh_tut_Basics100\\module\\override.

1.5.  Close and reopen the toolset.

2. Export your module using Tools->Export->[Export With Dependant Resourses]. (no mention of this in the wiki as far as I can see.)

3. Refresh the overrides using View->[Refresh Override].

With any luck all should be succesfully imported.
