I just picked up my PC CE version of DA:O. The game is already installing and the CD-KEY on the back of my manual worked fine for the installation process. However, I cannot register my new game on the social site with this key. I have double checked that I entered it correct.

Any solutions to this problem?

Use the - ever 4 digits as shown. I had the same issue at first.

I downloaded the game from Steam and am having a similar problem. When I go to "register games" on the bioware site (here), I enter my key code and it's telling me it's not a valid code. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm having the exact same problem with my CE Xbox 360 version. No matter how I enter the UPC, it's saying invalid code.

I've tried every code for my Digital Deluxe Edition. The addon codes all work, but the last one, doesn't. I've tried inserting dashes every 4 characters and it still refuses that its vaild. *sighs* So far this Steam purchase has been nothing but a pain in the butt. I'm never using them for Brand New Content again.

Try entering the same thing again. My CE/Item codes didn't take the first time but they did after trying again. I think the servers are overloaded.

Same issue here, got the CE version from Steam, tried to use the codes and all were denied on the BioWare site.

I'm having the same problem, the add-on codes work, but the last code with no hyphens won't register. It's not Steam at fault though, this is EA/Bioware's issue.

From what I can tell, its just a problem with the Social Network site. Your key is valid but whatever validation this place uses doesn't recognize it. I'm sure this place will be great one day, but right now, its just a mass of lag and glitches. Hopefully they'll get it all sorted out in a few days.

same with the Steam version. BioWares site is looking for a 5 part, 20 alpha/numeric and we only have 16

Either keep retrying or wait a few days for EA to work the kinks out of their new system. I mean, come on, there's like 300 threads on the subject.

I entered my DA DDE from EA store key without the dashes. Says my game is regged here now. So no problem
