RIght fellow employees, you will only get this memo once. Here's the plan so pay attention:

1. Make the bulk off ME3

2. Underestmate development costs, run out of time and delay the release.

3. Jettison unfinished content (Javik) to be finished by the multiplayer dept to work on after the Game has gone Gold

4. Take possible twist ending (IT) and decide to adapt it to become the real ending

5. Release game, release day one DLC

6. Hope everyone will like the stand in ending

7. Release DLC (take back Omega etc.) over time to maintain interest.

8. Release final DLC to change ending and blow everyone's minds

6. a) Underestimate the fan reaction to the rushed ending.

    Try to ignore hostility and hope the issue will calm down

    c) Try to avoid criticism (to be fair one cannot really openly admit they sold an unfinnished product)

    d) Host a Panel at PAX east and focus on the good qualities of the product.
                 i) Make sure to avoid difficult questions
                 ii) Release Multiplayer DLC for free to appease fans and try to calm the out cry
                 iii) Announce Extented Cut DLC but refuse to comment on speculation

    e) Go largely quiet and work on EC for an unspecified period of time.

     f) Pray to the gods of PR that it will appease the masses upon release.

     g) Relase EC to expand ending and (hopefully) blow some people's minds.

     h) Go down in history as one of the most controversial endings to a game trilogy. For better or for worse

     i) ?????????

You do know BW ask EA for more time,6 month, to finish the game and Ea only game them 3 months, right?
