From the Operation Silencer Weekend thread

Chris Priestly in Operation Silencer Weekend May 11-13 wrote...

Cerberus
defectors have verified key intel on Reaper banshees to help provide us
a vulnerability to exploit. Banshees are created from a specific kind
of asari that cannot be replaced quickly, so we are diverting forces to
focus on an all-out banshee extermination effort.

This task is
an onerous one, and many of you are right to dread contact with these
particular foes, but rest assured that we are prepared to reinforce your
battalion with reserves. The vorcha want in, and as soon as they
complete combined-arms training with our technically-skilled personnel,
we will let them loose.

Looks like the rebellion DLC is at least partly true. Now, where are the male quarians and phoenixes!?

I think this means its a certainty we will be getting them in the rebellion DLC, and pretty soon too.

Remember with the resurgence DLC we had a cryptic message like this about the justicar and batarians, then we had the DLC less than a week later.

Ehehehe, ... Vorcha ... ehehehe.

I have to train my troll-speak. Roleplaying those Vorcha on MP via mic will be fun.

I really wonder what are these Phoenixes. Please, pretty please, no Protheans.

I really wonder what are these Phoenixes. Please, seriously, I'll swear I'll kick any Prothean joining mah lobby, and I'll eat kittens for breakfast, and not the kind that don't meow, if you know what I mean.

I think your fixed didn't work.

Chances are they are Prothean. Phoenix is rebirth. Protheans are reborn... by mating with Asari? Or they found a couple hundred intact stasis pods.

They will want revenge.

Vorcha soldier getting shot: "Ahh!"
Quarian Engineer: "Don't 'Ah' me. You sound like a vorcha."

Would be cool to have vorcha with a fast melee option that can hit multiple targets at once. I wonder if vorcha can see through smoke? That would be cool too.

Then I hope the next DLC brings us redeemed Cerberus Soldiers, or a Husk pack with Husks, Marauders and Cannibals that managed to stay independent minded.

They will want redemption and they are not happy.

How will Prothean work in multiplayer if Javik is the last one?
So far Bioware has kinda stayed true to the lore with how multiplayer works. (Got Batarians and Geth later just like in the main game)
I predict my Ilos DLC idea may not be so far off.

vorcha heavy melee would consist of a krogan appearing on the field to pick up and hurl the vorcha at speeds faster than the mass acceleration of a widow.

Hmm with Vorcha and Krogans we could have blood pack mercs...

Would be kinda cool if the Vorcha could have the skull motif as a pattern and if it could be added as an additional pattern for Krogan...

Image IPB

Actually - a Blue Suns motif for Humans, Batarians and Turians would be kinda cool to...

Image IPB

Hell gimme patterns for ALL the Mercs for the relevant races :D

Being a huge Vorcha for mp supporter since release, this makes my day.

"they'd never get into the N7 program", you guys said.

"they're all weak cannon fodder", you guys said.

"they're irrelevant after ME2", you guys said.

If this actually happens, you naysayers can all suck on it. You all know who you are!
