The 1.5M phantoms number seemed extremely low to me. Brutes are more "rare" than phantoms by a long shot, and we killed over 3M of them. Given the number of phantoms that run around, I expected our kill count to be over 3M. I assumed it was due a dip in our MP population.

So if banshees are more "rare" than phantoms, how can we possibly double our kill count from the last op this weekend? Perhaps I'm totally off on the number of phantoms I see vs brutes/banshees...

Also, weren't the PS3 folks counted in the last op? I was pretty sure they got to participate. If so, it makes me question the MP population even more.

I'll be doing my part, just have to wonder if they set us up to fail this one. (I also hope the balance changes out before the op. Mostly buffs as I understand it.)

The drop off from players, the double up from Phantoms, the fact that 2 can only spawn at any one time.

Just drop cobras on Banshees when they appear so you can force a respawn.

I haven't been paying much attention. Which packs/feats have been giving us N7 weapons? The squad challenge/commendation packs? Pretty much the only thing I care about...

I think what will really screw us over are the people who only play White/Geth. Playing against reapers will cut into their precious credit farming.

What? I've seen 3 or more Banshees on the field at one time numerous times.

Game design only lets two spawn in at any one time.
Two atlas, Two prime, Two banshee.
I don't know if the rules are different on PC, but on PS3 it is always 2 at the most.

This weekend I intend to contribute a fair amount to the war effort. Especially since my exams will be done. Most of the day saturday and all of sunday I should be able to play. Last event I played two games, knowing that 1 mil phantoms would be a joke.

You're setting yourself up to failure if you think it's impossible.

Just participate and keep at it, and if we all pitch in with the Reapers for a good bit, i'm sure we'll get it.
