I just wanted my FemShep to be reeling from rejection by Jacob and be spinning around looking for love in all the wrong places, try out Allers, say "UGh, what was I thinking?" and then have a change of heart and go back to Kaidan.

I know that.

I was using it as an example.

Angelina doesn't care she takes her clothes off. I respect her far more for that. She's confident enough to not use someone else.

Many actors in America.......especiallly women are pretty sheepish.

Men on the other hand...........you don't see male nudity much at all. The MPAA doesn't like it.

I really enjoy those scene because there the one time in the game where Shepard gets to forget everything going on in the galaxy and just be happy. But I do agree there needs to be more in the romance scenes. More before and after sex dialogue would be nice.

Given the complexities involved in sexual activity in the real world, and given that no-one would have been prepared at BioWare to hire any number of actors with motion capture suits to grab their performances for transposition onto 3d assets in the game engine, I think trying anything visually stimulating would be a bad idea. What they did in-game was not good.

I would have left a lot unstated, or under-stated. Nothing explicit, everything implicit. A lot of good books have implied that sex happened between two people simply by cutting to a new scene right after implying the beginning of intimacy, and others have described feelings of passion and ecstacy without being graphic or vulgar about it.

I much prefer that sort of thing and let my imagination run with it.

Something similar can be done in game and made to work, given how difficult it would be to be explicit, as well as run the rickrisk (I always make that damned mistake!) of falling foul to the prudes out there who have no life and want to scream about how immoral it is to see sex happening while completely ignoring all the graphic violence.

I'd have liked to see the LI in my cabin a time or two for conversations maybe a line or two of flirting. My LI has to sleep somewhere, why not in my cabin.  

I'm not saying sex scenes, just normal relationship stuff.   Maybe implied fade-to-black if they wanted.

Britain is pretty cool with nudity actually. They only get serious when it's sexualized. You can have a "U" for all audiences admitted and have full-frontal nudity if the nudity isn't sexual.

Documentaries about tribes and such.

Even more so they don't punish natural scenes either such as a shower scene that shows some nudity. It isn't punished. At all.

I do wish:
1) Got an in-game face for Tali to interact with for intimate scenes.
2) Waaayyy more dialogue before and after these scenes with LI.
3) Ash had her hair up ingame, then down in the romance scene. Would have been a nice surprise to see her that way.

That said, Liaras romance scene in ME3 was fantastic. Very sexy.

Personally I couldn't care less if there were breasts or not. But it IS laughable how they keep scene splicing and strategically placing blankets/bodies to stop us from seeing them. It does take you out of the scene and gently remind you that the creators of the game don't want you to see something...indecent. Only for the sake of realism would I say that breasts would help take the "eye rolling" out of the intimacy scenes.

This.  It's not like I desperately want to see breasts in a video game.  However, unlike the crazed right-wing American media, I don't have a problem with them being displayed.  When people do things like shower in their underwear to avoid showing something "explicit," I'd rather have them just disrobe for the simple fact that the scene looks absolutely laughable.

That's a simple reason that the Witcher 2 gets points in my book.  Triss doesn't stay in her underwear when she jumps into the underground pool.  CDPR isn't afraid to show nudity in places it makes sense.  Oh, and that scene is done much more tastefully than any of the scenes in ME3, except perhaps Liara's.

I agree, I would have liked more relationship convo's with my LI. The romance seemed to stall for awhile with no mention of a relationship then the night before TIMs base.

I'd have liked the option to have to you know, TALK to Miranda for more than a few minutes.

It was like people were rushing in and out all the time.

Which makes the ending all the more painful.

Why the hell this wasn't in the game to begin with is a question I expect to be answered by the devs when they can be bothered.

I'm not so sure about this... A little more, maybe, but I would prefer the "way more dialogue" to go on discussions of a relationship nature that weren't concentrated around the scene itself. After all, when people get involved with each other in a way that isn't casual, then they're going to talk about things intimate with one another (and by intimate, I don't mean pornographic).

Why they made her look like a bimbo for 3 is beyond me. They should have refined the ME1 asset a bit and kept the styling for ME3, then had the hair-down variety we saw in-game for the sex scene only... Or for more casual conversations on-ship (and obviously the hospital scenes).

That said, Liaras romance scene in ME3 was fantastic. Very sexy.

It's a pity they decided to concentrate all their efforts on her. The others could have used a lot more finesse.

Hmm...For the Tali scene, even showing more than just her jumping Shepard's bones would have been better.

Maybe roll around a bit, still hiding her face from the player, so the two eventually wind up with Shepard on top. The camera then switches to Tali's hand where Shepard's slowly entwines with hers. A short gasp from Tali or maybe a whisper of "Shepard" and then the scene fades to black.

That's what I would have wanted in Tali's "sex" scene.

Totally agree. I thought the same thing in game. Hell, when my LI was someone like Miranda I really wanted her to at least be on the ship.

I would've liked to invite my LI up to the cabin for a game of chess or poker or something. Probably crazy of me but it would've been nice to share a drink and prepare Spectre reports between my male!Shep and Kaidan and have that be a "date".

If the EC is good enough, I would buy a romance package that added in random dates or gifts like in DA:O/DA2. I can totally see Shep giving the LI a model ship and then offering "to store it safely".

I don't need more sex in the sex scene but some more kissing at any opportunity would've been awesome. Maybe a quick convo before a mission that says something like "be safe out there" would've been cool. And, while I'm dreaming, an "I love you" would've been nice for my pairing because I didn't get that.

Oh wait, while I'm dreaming - adding in Kaidan as a LI from ME1 would be AWESOME. They already have so much of the dialog and scenes designed and recorded. Then I could have a completely different relationship path through all of my games without modding (yes, I know you can mod Kaidan in as a LI but I play on an Xbox and can't mod).

Yeah way more was an overstatement. I think Ash has enough dialogue. Liara is a bit lacking afterwards. Tali has almost nothing, and coupled with not seeing her face makes the romance scene pointless. 

On the topic of her face, I really do wish it was rendered in-game for the romance. Kissing before, then having the talk afterwards without the mask would have made the scene more emotional. That said, the VA for tali is fantastic and can carry it off with the mask on.
