I like PSPs and JEPs and I should be happy about them being permanent, but I suspect its going to hurt the MP in long term...

I've just started to buy only Veteran pack. Cheapest pack that actually gets you something, I can buy 4 of them for the price of one PSP. So I get oodles of equipment and my weapons get upgraded, although the chance of a rare early on seems to be pretty low. However, once everything I have is upgraded, I should get some of the rare stuff right? But I'll also have more medigels and missiles than I can carry. Overall it should be going much faster.
Also, there are still character chards in those PSP's right? They need to take those out. They also need a pack that only gives you character cards and only gives you those that you can use, so you can level more quickly when you've promoted a class. Alternatively you should be able to keep cards that are for a character that is at rank 20. So that when you promote a class, you can at least start off some of you characters not at rank 1, which is nonsense after having gotten dozens of character cards for classes that already were at rank 20.

No. The silver and gold weapon cards will just be replaced with silver and gold character cards. The chances of getting black cards is static. If you're not getting one, you're just not getting one. Maxing out the other weapons won't increase the chances of getting black card weapons.

Yep, not liking the JEPs.
Equipment and consumables just aren't valuable anymore. I can play reckless as hell and not receive a dent in my supplies. May as well give us infinite equipment.
On the plus side, I guess it makes experimenting much easier and solo runs less annoying...

Well, that's useful. Being able to get a permanent supply of medi-gels that is.
