This, I also want to mention that I thought that the Mordin scenes when at the shroud were really touching my on my first and second playthrough.

I thought the Kolyat line was downright creepy. It's like as if Thane knew something was going to happen to Shepard.

The most touching moment, to me anyway, was that pat from Shepard to Grunt on the Rachni mission. No lines. But I guess you need a line so...

This, that part was harsh.
