I think its right after the mission where you save the Quarian Admiral. It's like the only time in the series where it sounds like garrus is on the verge of tears.

There were so many great lines, but I haven't seen many people mention this one. It's one of my favorties. I even got a bit choked up when he was going through his mantra and Shepard responded "30.1." The whole brief interaction was amazing.

I thought the Kolyat line was downright creepy. It's like as if Thane knew something was going to happen to Shepard.

The most touching moment, to me anyway, was that pat from Shepard to Grunt on the Rachni mission. No lines. But I guess you need a line so...

"I can't lose you again..."

To repeat a later scene, I felt that Shep was saying "I'm proud of you, my boy." in that gesture. Grunt is practically his son, for gods sake.

"Maybe they really just fixed me or... maybe I'm just a high-tech VI that thinks it's Commander Shepard... But I don't know, I..."

BEST delivery from Shep throughout the entire series, hands down. A brilliant scene.
