Mordin's "I made a mistake!" was powerful, as it was so shocking to see him so emotional, and the Thane prayer.

The worst was if you choose Tali over Legion on Rannoch though "Tali'Zorah...does...this unit...have a..." "Yes. Yes it does."

Actually there are two that have beeen mentioned on here that I didn't care for.  The counting days that you saved me one seemed out of place to me.  The other one I didn't like was the this is for thane you sob.  That was a strict lift from the princess bride.

This one filled me with warm, happy feelings.  Also (may not be 100% accurate):

The line's corny, but Shepard isn't a poet.  It's in character, and the delivery is just perfect.

This upset me more than Thane's death.  And I like Thane.

 @ManiacalShen-it was a tear-jerker to be sure. You barely even met them, but that recording stuck in my mind. 

Also I just completed a play through that forced me to change from Synthesis as my choice to Destroy because on Earth with Ash's goodbye, she held onto Shepard and said,"Don't go."

There were moments with Liara, not necessarily lines.

The one that got the biggest reaction from me was, 'That was for Thane you sonuffabizzatch!' I stood and said YOU DAMN RIGHT THAT WAS!!!!!!

I actually screamed out "That was for Thane!" right before Shepard did. When she said it, I screamed again in agreement!
