Was just playing a match on my GI doing ok till i got mowed down by 3 Phantoms.
Got revived only to find out i couldn't shoot or use consummeables/skills.
Had to kill myself to fix the issue.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi, happens to me often, just press ESC (escape) once and go back (resume) game, that works for me all the time, hope it does for you as well :-)
